What to expect
Orders
Buying by card delivers the archive immediately (xlsx, csv and the method). Invoices, purchase
orders and bank transfers are arranged within one working day.
Corrections
Replied to within five working days. If a figure is wrong it is
corrected and the correction is noted, not quietly swapped.
Data requests
Replied to within five working days, actioned within thirty.
Refunds
Inside fourteen days, honoured without argument.
